Dunedin Heritage Home Re-Roof

This project involved a full re-roof of a grand old Dunedin home, replacing a slate roof that had likely stood for more than a century. To ensure a strong and lasting result, we first re-timbered the roof structure before installing new Colorsteel roofing sheets.

The job was completed with matching Colorsteel spouting and downpipes, giving the home a seamless and durable finish. The transformation has provided this historic property with a new lease of life while preserving its character for years to come.
