Born and raised in Dunedin, Madoc understands the unique challenges that our southern weather throws at roofs. From freezing winters in Central Otago to salt-laden winds on the coast, he’s seen it all — and knows what it takes to build a roof that lasts.

Starting out as an apprentice, Madoc worked his way up through the roofing trade the right way: on the tools, learning from the ground up, and taking pride in every job done well. Over the years, he’s built a reputation for honest work, sharp attention to detail, and a no-nonsense approach to getting the job done right.

In 2021, Madoc launched Skyline Roofing to offer a roofing service that puts quality first — using proven NZ-made materials like ColourSteel, and delivering workmanship that stands up to Otago’s toughest weather. Today, he leads a skilled local team working across residential and commercial projects, from quick repairs to large-scale installations.
